SECA Leadership Summit Representation

Earlier this month, our very own MMS Business Development Manager, Aaron Carrara, represented us at the Southern Early Childhood Association’s Leadership Summit in Moblie, Alabama. He is featured on Page 2 of their April Newsletter on behalf of the Texas Association for the Education of Young Children. He spent the afternoon teaching other early childhood professionals about the benefits of social media and how to utilize them on their websites. We are so proud to have such a great representative on our team who continues to support other professionals in determining best practices for working with families in our industry.

Resources for Dealing With Grief and Tragedy

When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, “Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.” To this day, especially in times of “disaster,” I remember my mother’s words and I am always comforted by realizing that there are still so many helpers – so many caring people in this world. — Fred Rogers
